Meet Dr. Kyla Combs, DDS
Dr. Kyla Combs is a pediatric dentist who believes dentistry can be a powerful tool for building confidence — not fear. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Dr. Combs was inspired early on by a pediatric dentist who created a positive, creative, and child-centered dental environment. That experience shaped her lifelong passion for caring for children.
Dr. Combs earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University, followed by a General Practice Residency at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, where she gained valuable hospital-based experience. She later completed her Pediatric Dental Residency through NYU Langone Health in Yakima, Washington, receiving advanced training in caring for children with diverse medical, behavioral, and sensory needs. She is currently board eligible in pediatric dentistry.
What truly sets Dr. Combs apart is her warm personality and ability to connect with children on their level. She avoids a rushed or intimidating approach and instead focuses on building confidence and comfort from the very first visit.
Outside the office, Dr. Combs enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new cities, reading, trying new foods, and watching Korean dramas and anime. She’s also a proud dog mom to her Goldendoodle, Axel.
